Super Bowl is a registered trademark of the NFL, so commercials that advertise ticket giveaways or specials for the game must use alternate phrasing.

Of course, there are also ads that, say, just want to mention the Super Bowl, and the Philadelphia Eagles, and head coach Andy Reid. What can you do there? Just change it to “Super Game” (“Big Game” is more common), “Iggles” (complete with hilarious knockoff logo) and hire an Andy Reid impersonator (albeit one that sounds more like Ed Rendell).
