Parking garage, 13th and Sansom. This is a nice try at sprucing up the ugliest of urban features, and it certainly looks nicer than it used to. Of course, now it looks like it belongs in Demolition Man. I believe the gold standard of urban parking garage design in Philadelphia is the 10-floor (!) Freshgrocer garage at 40th and Walnut.
