The blog Dick Allen Hall of Fame is re-imagining Allen’s career baseball cards. This one is my favorite. My first (and, really, only) number in baseball (okay, tee-ball) was 15, which my parents told me was the great Dick Allen’s. I support a Dick Allen Hall of Fame candidacy, if only because it will totally make the heads of many terrible sports columnists explode, and then I wouldn’t have to read them anymore. I’d miss Bill James, though.
